About the Founder, Dina Fodero

Dina Fodero's career in the beauty industry spans over two decades, from Esthetician to Spa Franchise Director of Operations to Educational Consultant for spas and founder of Beauty Exchange Esthetics School and Spa.
Dina Fodero is also a recognized public speaker who has lectured extensively with her signature seminar D.R.E.A.M., which has inspired and motivated over 100 school audiences and a variety of non-profit organizations such as Women in Motion, New Directions, and Rosalie Hall.

Dare To Dream

Dina has been invited as a guest speaker to various industry associated events, including the prestigious Skin Inc.'s annual convention in California.

Through her experiences, Dina recognized the need for a new and unique environment where education would be enjoyable and the experience more meaningful. Dina wanted to share her enthusiasm about the industry and to take part in the celebration of women.

She is driven by her passion to make a difference in the lives of women and inspiring them to become the best they can be. It is support, mutual respect, and the power of confidence and self-esteem which turn dreams into reality. It is the unfolding of this “dare to dream” philosophy which led to the creation of Be.
